Sergei Aleksandrovich Tereshchenko (30 March 1951, Lesozavodsk, Primorsky Krai, Russian SFSR — 10 February 2023, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan) was a statesman and public figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the first Prime Minister of the independent Republic of Kazakhstan.
